Cortland K. Miller, M.D.

Dr. Cortland K. Miller brings his specialty in rehabilitation medicine to Spine Team Texas. Prior to joining the team, Dr. Miller worked as a physician in the Concentra Medical Center, specializing in occupational medicine. He also conducted research at the Shepherd Center Catastrophic Care Hospital for the prevention of deep vein thrombosis in acute spinal cord injuries.
Dr. Miller received his medical degree from Ohio State University. He graduated Magna Cum Laude at Ball State University in Indiana and earned university honors as an undergraduate there. He completed his residency at Emory University, which deemed him "Resident of the Year" in 2007. During his residency, Dr. Miller served as a representative for the prestigious Graduate Medical Education Committee.
As a contributing editor for Rehab in Review, Dr. Miller has helped bestow his knowledge to the medical world. He has been published in several articles and wrote an excerpt for the European Journal of Pharmacology. In addition to his contributions at Spine Team Texas, Dr. Miller is an affiliate member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
