Eric J. Coligado, MD

Dr. Eric Coligado provides evaluations and nonsurgical spine care for Spine Team Texas patients. He provides a wealth of experience in the area of worker’s compensation. He is certified to provide improvement impairment ratings, IME’s, and EMG/nerve conduction studies.

As a physiatrist, Dr. Coligado provides treatment for patients’ pain in the neck, shoulder and upper extremities, lumbar (lower back) and legs. Prior to joining Spine Team Texas, Dr. Coligado spent three years in a group orthopedic practice and had a private practice in Euless, Texas, for seventeen years. Dr. Coligado holds a subspecialty certification in Pain Medicine through the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He also has achieved Diplomate status with two boards: The American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine and The American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is a peer reviewer for several independent review organizations.

Dr. Coligado has consistently been listed in the Consumers’ Research Council of America’s Guide to America’s Top Physicians, and he’s been nominated as a “Top Doc” in his specialty by members of the Tarrant County Medical Society in Fort Worth Magazine several times. He was also nominated as a “Super Doctor” by his peers in Texas Monthly magazine.

He has served on several medical committees and currently holds many professional affiliations, including those with the following organizations: American Academy of Electrodiagnostic Medicine and American Academy of Physical Medicine/Rehabilitation.
