Despite extensive negotiations, Cigna has declined terms proposed by Texas Health Resources (THR). As a result, starting January 1, 2026, Spine Team Texas and other THR-affiliated providers will no longer be part of the Cigna Healthcare Medicare Advantage network. Negotiations with Cigna are ongoing, and we will provide updates on any significant developments. While we understand this change may be concerning, we remain committed to minimizing disruptions to your care.

- If you remain enrolled in Cigna Medicare Advantage after December 31, 2025 you may still receive care from Spine Team Texas; however, it will be considered out-of-network.
