Anthony P. Berg, MD

Anesthesiologist/Pain Management

Dr. Berg has special interest in complex spinal cord stimulation (SCS). As a principal investigator on SCS, his research is presented frequently at the national and international level, advancing the field of neuromodulation. His recent research into using novel waveforms and rates has recently been published. As a thought leader in neuromodulation, he is called on often to teach the newest techniques in trialing, implanting and programming.

In addition to his clinical duties, Dr. Berg has been a guest author for “Techniques in Regional Anesthesia and Pain Management” and plans to write for a new publication “Pain Pathways” — a magazine dedicated to the research and treatment of acute, chronic, and cancer pain management.

Dr. Berg is originally from Palestine, Texas and his wife Julie is from Denton. They have relocated permanently to Rockwall with their two children and look forward to becoming involved in this vibrant community while serving the residents of Northeast Texas.
