Due to a nationwide outage involving BridgePay, our payment processing vendor, we are currently unable to process automatically withdrawn (autodraft) payments. BridgePay has confirmed this disruption is related to a cybersecurity incident.

If you are enrolled in a recurring payment plan, please contact our Business Office at 817-442-9300 to discuss payment arrangements while services are being restored.

If you do not have a recurring payment plan set up for automatic withdrawal, please disregard this message.

We understand this may cause inconvenience and sincerely apologize for the disruption.

• All patient information remains encrypted and secure.
• There is no risk of your card information being misused as a result of this disruption.

During this time, you may receive paper billing statements in the mail.
