Meet Dr. Miller

Dr. Miller has been part of the Spine Team Texas team approach since 2008. Previously located in our Southlake office, Dr. Miller brings years of expertise in non-surgical management of a gamut of painful spine complaints and knowledge in electro-diagnostic studies. “I feel it is important to take as much time as our patients need to truly get to know them and try to identify a root cause in their pain. I personally review imaging with the patient and help explain in understandable terms, what is important and what is incidental, in their findings. Or if no specific cause of pain is found, my role is to help patients take a pro-active role in their management of chronic pain symptoms to become more functional in their daily lives.”

During his leisure hours, Dr. Miller indulges in a variety of hobbies that keep him active and entertained. He finds solace and joy in strumming his guitar, cultivating a collection of musical treasures. Additionally, he embraces adventure with equal enthusiasm, as he takes to the water for wakeboarding and conquers the snowy slopes with his snowboarding skills.

At Spine Team Texas, we have a unique approach of surgical and non-surgical specialties in close communication to help outline a conservative treatment plan that is best for the patient. Over 90% of our patients are treated successfully with a non-surgical approach. We strive to maintain good communication with our referral sources so your referring provider is always in the loop of what is going on with your care.

Neck and back pain take the joy out of life. We’re here to help you find it again.

Our founder, Dr. David Rothbart, understood that people struggling with back or neck pain often fear surgery as the first option. He shared this concern, which is why he founded Spine Team Texas—to treat patients conservatively and avoid surgery as the initial solution. Dr. Rothbart’s team of carefully selected pain management experts has helped many patients find relief from their back and neck pain. Schedule your appointment today to find out how they can help you achieve your goals.
