Meet Craig Cunningham, PT, DPT, Cert. MDT
Craig Cunningham completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University, with a specialization in Applied Exercise Physiology. He is also certified from the McKenzie Institute in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment.
Before joining Spine Team Texas, Craig worked at Baylor Tom Landry Outpatient Physical Therapy with a focus on treating a variety of orthopedic diagnosis and spinal dysfunctions. His special interest in manual therapy and treating patients with spinal dysfunctions has led him to Spine Team Texas. His knowledge of physical therapy has been enhanced by completing the DFW Spine Mentorship Program in spine pathology, examination, and rehabilitation and being trained in the Graston technique, which is used for the treatment of soft tissue dysfunctions.
Cunningham was a member of Alpha Eta Honor Society at Texas Tech University Health Science’s Center and the National Scholars Honor Society. He also earned the prestigious Eagle Scout Award from Boy Scouts of America.
