Spine Team Texas Announces Opening of New Clinic in Allen, Texas

Welcomes physical medicine and rehabilitation physician to practice

Spine Team Texas announces the opening of their sixth north Texas clinic later this month. This newest clinic, located on the campus of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen, will offer patients full-time, 5 days a week appointment availability.

“Our ongoing commitment to the citizens in north Texas has been to deliver convenient, award-winning spine care,” says Mark Hood, CEO of Spine Team Texas. “We continue to identify communities in need of spine care and plan accordingly to open clinics and welcome world-class physicians into our family of providers.”

The opening of the clinic in Allen, Texas, also ushers in a new doctor, David Garrigues, M.D., a physical medicine and rehabilitation physician will provide initial evaluations for neck and back pain patients, interventional spine procedures, diagnostics and spine pain management. Dr. Garrigues will join Spine Team Texas partner physician Leonard Kibuule, M.D., an orthopedic spine surgeon specially trained in minimally invasive spine surgery techniques, and Anthony Berg, M.D., a spine pain anesthesiologist, to staff the Allen clinic full-time.

“We are excited to add Dr. Garrigues to our team of outstanding providers,” Hood says. “His impressive training, education, and experience in nonsurgical spine care provide the perfect complement to Dr. Kibuule’s surgical skills.”

The office’s strategic location allows for easy access for those residing in Allen, Frisco, McKinney and Plano. The clinic will be open full-time with spine specialists offering the full spectrum of spine care—both nonsurgical and surgical. The newest Spine Team Texas clinic is located at: 1105 North Central Expressway, MOB 2–Suite 2370, Allen, Texas, 75013—on the campus of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Allen.
